Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Uppercut Deluxe Australia Pty Ltd ABN 27 613 335 505 of Unit 12, 12–18 Ellerslie Road, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, Australia ("Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on July 1st, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on September 30th, 2026 ("Promotional Period").
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, participating barbershops and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase any Uppercut Deluxe product from a participating Australian barbershop;
b) Scan the promotional QR code and visit the promotional landing page;
c) Complete all required entry fields;
d) Validate proof of purchase by :
• Entering participating barbershop name and city;
• Uploading proof of purchase of Uppercut Deluxe product;
e) Answer the following question in 25 words or less:
"What makes a good barbershop?"
All entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
5. Entry Limits
Multiple entries are permitted.
Each entry must:
• be submitted separately;
• include a unique answer; and
• be supported by a separate valid proof of purchase.
6. Game of Skill
This promotion is a game of skill.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged on:
• Creativity – 40%
• Originality – 30%
• Relevance to the question – 30%
Entries will be assessed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Judging
Judging will take place at the Promoter's offices on September 4th, 2026
The highest scoring valid entries, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the winners.

Prize values are based on recommended retail pricing at the time of publication.
9. Prize Conditions
Prizes:
• are not transferable;
• are not exchangeable;
• cannot be redeemed for cash; and
• must be accepted as awarded.
If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of judging.
Winner names may be published on the Uppercut Deluxe website and social media channels.
11. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest scoring valid entry.
12. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• submits an entry that is misleading, incomplete or fraudulent;
• tampers with the entry process;
• breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
• engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
13. Inappropriate Content
Entries must not contain content that is:
• defamatory;
• offensive;
• obscene;
• discriminatory;
• unlawful; or
• otherwise inappropriate as determined by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or reject any such entry.
14. Intellectual Property
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and communicate their entry for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without compensation.
15. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and administering prizes.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for any:
• lost, late or misdirected entries;
• technical failures;
• website outages;
• upload failures; or
• telecommunications issues,which may affect participation in the promotion.
18. Participation
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
