If you purchase a styling product on our website online and aren’t happy with your selection, we will replace it with another.
To swap your product, send an email to customerservice@uppercutdeluxe.com
Be sure to include;
- Name
- Order Number
- Address
- Product to be replaced
The fine print;
- Request for a replacement must be made within 14 days of tracked delivery of your order.
- Once your replacement has been approved, we will send you a discount coupon valued at the same price as the product purchased
- Shipping is charged on replacement orders, unless additional items are purchased to meet our Free Shipping threshold. Details on our shipping policy can be found here.
- Only one replacement will be made per order.
- Replacements will only be made on products purchased from our core range of Hair Styling products. Replacements will not be made on Combos, Bundles, or Kits.
